…. “When is the last time I can come?”
This is one of those questions we get asked every day…”What’s the latest point in the day that I can fit in painting?” Our answer is always the same, our last painter is one hour before closing. There’s a good reason for that too! We want you to settle in, take your time and paint something you are proud of, not something you can just ‘fit in’. Which is why, when you say…
… “Oh go on! We’ll be quick!”
… we will stick to the last painter rule, because we don’t want you to rush through your painting and not be able to finish, or to rush and not be proud of the final piece when you pick up.
Of course, if you’re not finished you can always take the ceramic with you and return on another day (it will be another studio fee), but why leave it until the last moment and not be able to finish? It always takes longer than you think, whether you are just popping in with the little ones, or making a present for a special occasion. If painting a ceramic is a new experience for you, take your time and enjoy the process, rather than rushing through it.
We are normally at the quietest in the morning, so our advice to you is to pop in then, plus its the perfect time for a cup of coffee!
We hope to see you soon, nice and early of course!
