Picture this: half-way up a ladder, pencil and paint-brush in hand, wiggling and singing loudly in the wrong key, yep that’s Eve. Thankfully the customer that was treated to this little show last week described it as “joyful”. Pheww!
We may not share her taste in music (Y.M.C.A. seems to inspire the best worst moves) but we are amazed by her talent; even we questioned whether this painting on our noticeboard wall was vinyl, it’s so flawless.
You’ll notice her artwork popping up all over the place, on the windows, walls, flyers, menus, signs and of course ceramics!
A year two student at Camberwell College of the Arts studying illustration, she is passionate about how children play and learn through play so she fits right in at our family friendly ceramics café.
Her latest project take shape will soon to be available in the café for you to play with, we’ve ordered a set. Why don’t you? Just visit the project’s website, takeshape.bigcartel.com.
Even if her mum always said never talk to strangers, she’d love to hear from you.
